Suedrohrbau International GmbH is 100% owned by the Dutch Koop Holding Europe BV. Suedrohrbau Saudi Arabia Ltd is the affiliated company in Saudi Arabia. Suedrohrbau International is the Managing Shareholder in Suedrohrbau Saudi Arabia Ltd. Suedrohrbau Saudi Arabia Ltd is a limited liability company with a paid up share capital of SR 10.000.000,-. Suedrohrbau Saudi Arabia Ltd executes the Contracts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Koop Group assists and supports Suedrohrbau Saudi Arabia Ltd with all the required financial, equipment and manpower resources to successfully fulfil their obligations. Koop Holding Europe BV has four divisions. The Pipeline Division is the largest of the four. The Pipeline Division carries out the monitoring and the overall management of the operating Pipeline Contractors, Suedrohrbau Saudi Arabia Ltd being one of them. One of the main functions is to monitor the performance of the operating units and to ensure that the obligations towards their Clients are being properly fulfilled. In the event that such obligations are in doubt or in any way inadequate, the Pipeline Division will ensure that adequate additional support and resources are made available. For specialized works, e.g. inland transport, thrustbored crossings, NDT, etc. SRB SAL utilizes the services of highly qualified Saudi Arabian Subcontractors.
